In the rolling hills of the Treviso foothills, we cultivate our olive groves to strict SQNPI-certified sustainability standards, ensuring a product that respects nature’s delicate balance. Kinisi is made unique by the windy microclimate of our hills, which are situated at the highest latitude in Europe. The olives are hand-picked at the perfect stage of ripeness and, thanks to controlled temperature management and cutting-edge extraction technologies, all their organoleptic properties are preserved, resulting in an oil with a truly distinctive sensory profile.

The pleasant, clean sensation of its aroma, accompanied by fresh, medium-bodied fruity notes, makes this extra virgin olive oil particularly popular for use in raw dishes, where it enhances every ingredient whilst adapting naturally to a variety of culinary combinations. Bitter and spicy notes are expressed in harmonious balance, in a coherent interplay between aromas and flavours that delivers a refined and enveloping experience. From a chemical perspective, Kinisi boasts high-quality parameters, with an excellent balance of fatty acids, oleic acid and a polyphenol content that enhances its structure and stability.
